Monaco Super Cup is more than just a football tournament — it is a coaching and mentorship platform to nurture discipline, teamwork, and dreams among young athletes of Suba South.

Through the Monaco Super Cup, we seek to give under-15 talents from across the sub county and beyond, a platform to shine, grow, and be seen. This is a detailed, practical, step-by-step strategic plan and management playbook to be used to run Monaco Super Cup annually, at Mukuyu Comprehensive School, Suba South, Homa Bay County from 20th – 26th December 2025.

It has been prepared so it can be followed as a guide, to detail timeline of tasks, operational checklists, sample budgets, match format, volunteer rosters, risk controls and templates that can be copied.
